Happy Rotary "New Year"! July 1 marks the beginning of the Rotary year and the transition of leadership throughout the organization, from the club level all the way up to the global level. At the Kishwaukee Sunrise Rotary, we want to thank our outgoing co-presidents, Heather Hilleshiem and Marilyn Stromborg for their leadership through a challenging but still very productive year. We're equally proud to announce the presidency of Mike Paul for the 2021-2022 Rotary year! Mike and his wife own North Central Cyclery in DeKalb and were both raised in Sycamore. We're looking forward to a great year with Mike at the helm. Our first big event is in September - the Taste of DeKalb! Hope you can join us and help support our $10,000 community grant for children, youth and families of DeKalb County. More to follow - for now, the spotlight is on our new president and a new year!
